On 24th July 2024 learned counsel for the respondents had made a grievance that the school fees as directed are not been paid by petitioner no.2. Statement on behalf of respondent no.1 was recorded that the entire school fees which is due is not paid, hence parties were granted liberty to intimate the particulars with regard to the due payment and the payment already made. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the learned Advocate for respondents had intimated the particulars regarding the by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

5-WP-3410-2024.odt school fees that is due and payable. She further submits that she has prepared affidavit of petitioner no.1 stating the details with regard to the amounts that are already paid. She further submits that except for one payment as reflected in paragraph 10 of the unaffirmed copy of the affidavit of petitioner no. 2 all the amounts are paid. She submits that further amount for the school fees which are due as per the school schedule will be paid by petitioner no.2 before its due date. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions further submits that the amount due and payable as reflected in paragraph 10 will be paid directly to respondent no.1 by transferring it to her bank account. 4.

Unaffirmed copy of the affidavit dated 9th August 2024 is taken on record. Learned Advocate for the petitioner is granted liberty to file affirmed copy in the registry by 13th August 2024. The statements made on behalf of the petitioner in the affidavit and as recorded above are accepted as an undertaking to this court. 5.

I am informed that the mediation process is still going on. 6.
