The only contention advanced by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner against the No Confidence Motion passed, by which the Petitioner has been removed from the post of Sarpanch, is that an opportunity to put forth his case in the meting was not afforded.

A perusal of the Minutes of the No Confidence Motion ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.06.11 19:59:40 +0530 dated 20.6.2023 (page 19) would indicate that after the allegation were read over, Mr. Amar Sarjerao Dabhade/the Petitioner was granted an opportunity to present his views by addressing the meeting and his address has also been

I therefore, do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned decision. The Petition is therefore dismissed. No costs.
