Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that the order of mandatory injunction which is challenged in the petition is already implemented and therefore nothing survives in this petition. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has tendered a copy of the order dated 12th March 2025 passed by the trial court which records the execution of mandatory injunction and with further directions to the petitioner to pay the cost regarding removal of impediment as per the order challenged in this petition. 3.
