Mr.Patil appearing for the Petitioner submits that his client desires of complying with the directions given by this Court on 6 March 2024. He submits that his client approached the Additional Commission, Pune Division, Pune in order to 1/2

502-wp3437-24.doc deposit Rs.20,00,000/- by way of the Demand Draft. He submits that however, the said Demand Draft was not accepted, since the Additional Commission, Pune Division, Pune does not have bank account of its own. He submits that to over come this difficulty faced by the Petitioner, his client is ready to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- each in the name of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.

Mr.Yadav holding for Mr.Vyas submits that his clients are ready to accept the said amount of Rs.20,00,000/-, however, he has instructions from his clients that the outstanding amount as of today is around Rs.1,04,00,000/-.

The Petitioner is permitted to comply with the directions given by this Court on the earlier occasion of depositing Rs.10,00,000/- each in the account of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 within a period of three working days. 5.

By consent of the parties, stand over to 2 April 2024. The matter to come up on board under the caption of "Settlement".
