Parties jointly submitting that the Petitioner has paid to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 the amount of Rs.1,08,00,000/- as agreed in the Consent Terms. However, it appears that Petitioner has not yet vacated the premises. Mr. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks time upto 8 July 2024 to vacate the suit premises and handover its possession to Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. Patil would further submit that an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- shall be paid by the Petitioner to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 for occupation of the suit premises till 8 July 2024 and that the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/- shall be paid on or before 28 June 2024.
