Mr. P. B. Patil, learned advocate appearing for respondent no.8 brought to notice of this Court the order dated 21.8.2024 passed in appeal no.2024/Pra.Kra-63/J-7 by the Hon'ble Minister (Revenue), Maharashtra State, by which revision application filed under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966 by the petitioner has been disposed off. 2.

By way of present petition, petitioner has sought directions against the respondent no.1-State to decide pending revision application as well as stay application preferred under

wp 3451.24.odt section 257 of the MLR Code, 1966 as early as possible and within a period of one month.

Looking to prayers in this petition and the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister in Revision Application, grievance made in this petition no more survives. In that view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed off.
