P.C.:
1.
Heard Ms. Bhansali, learned Advocate for Petitioners and Mr. Hartalkar, learned Advocate for Respondents. 2.
Today, Ms. Bhansali has handed over hard copy of the Writ Petition to Mr. Hartalkar in Court. On instructions, Mr. Hartalkar appears for Respondent Nos.1 to 9. He undertakes to file his Vakalatnama within a period of one week from today. 3.
Parties before me belong to the clan of Ramchandra Patil son of Shankar Kalu Patil. The family tree is at page No.4 of the Writ Petition. I have perused the same. Writ Petition is filed by Vasant Ramchandra Patil and his children. All that Vasant Ramchandra Patil would claim is his 1/8 share of the 1/3 share of the ancestral property belonging to Ramchandra Patil. The said property is described as
26.wp.3458.24.doc property No.1 in the Suit plaint. In so far as property at Sr. No.2 is concerned, Vasant Ramchandra Patil claims 1/8 share therein as it is the exclusive property belonging to Ramchandra Patil. 4.
Ms. Bhansali would submit that there are 8 legal heirs of Ramchandra Patil and Vasant is one of them. Hence he seeks his 1/8th share. Be that as it may, considering that Mr. Hartalkar has been served today and he needs to take appropriate instructions from the Respondents.
5.
Respondents are directed to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the Petition.
6.
Stand over to 26th March, 2024.
