The learned Advocate General points out that the identical writ petitions were filed at Aurangabad Bench of this Court where the Division Bench has passed a detailed order on 7 March 2024 declining to grant interim order and the writ petitions are listed on 15 April 2024. The learned Advocate General states that steps for clubbing these writ petitions are being taken. 2.

Though the learned Counsel for the Petitioners has sought to advance arguments for granting ad-interim order, noting that by a detailed order, the Division Bench has not granted any interim order,
