P.C.:- 1) In furtherance of the Order dated 25th March 2025, Shri. Balu Pichad, Assistant Municipal Commissioner has filed an Affidavit dated 17th April 2025. In paragrah No. 7 thereof, it is stated that on 15th April 2025, the said Respondent by following the due procedure of law demolished the unauthorized construction carried out by Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 and one Mr. Asad Khan. The demolition report dated 15th April 2025 duly signed by the Assistant Commissioner, Mumbra, Prabhag Samiti is also annexed to the said Affidavit.
