Relying on Bye Law No.89 of the petitioner society, it is submitted that only an individual member of the petitioner society was entitled to become member of the petitioner society on the disputed plot. However, by the impugned order, the Authorities under the Act have directed conferment of an individual membership of petitioner society. Hence, issue notice to respondent Nos. 3 to 4, returnable on 24 April 2024. 2.

Till the next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of
