The basic objection for permitting production of the order dated 30th May, 1959 on record, by Mr. Anil Anturkar, learned senior counsel for the respondent No.2 to 4, is that it is the Xerox copy, which is not permissible to be accepted, even as a secondary evidence also under the provisions of Indian Evidence Act. 2.
