In view of the findings recorded in Panchanama dated 23rd January 2023, on page 35 of the petition, the finding of Revisional Authority in paragraph No.5 that the Tahsildar has not visited the place, appears to be factually incorrect.

Hence, issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 to 3, returnable on 10th June 2024.

Till next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
