The Petitioner will give notice to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3Management who ought to have filed this petition along with the Petitioner as its their proposal which is rejected. Since the Management has not filed a petition and in view of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of St. Ulai High School and Another vs. Devendraprasad Jagannath Singh and Another1 merely because the approval is not granted, the Petitioner's service cannot be disturbed nor he can be terminated on that ground alone and it is the liability of the Management to pay salary as per 2007 (1) Mh.L.J.
