The second paragraph of the order dated 12th March 2024 shall be replaced as under:- "Considering the fact the school run by the petitioner-Trust has its playground at the plot in question pursuant to the Lease Deed executed in his favour by respondent no.2 on 21st August 2015, it is directed that till the returnable date, open space no.3 with MIDC admeasuring 18015 sq. mtrs. shall not be allotted in favour of any other entity".
