Prima facie it appears that once the Sub-Divisional Officer exercises power under Section 258 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, respondent No.4 had no power to entertain review application filed by respondent No.1.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) till 6 May 2024.
