Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notice of no confidence motion is against the law. Since the notice was not served, the petitioner did not attend the no confidence motion meeting. He would also submit that on the
909-WP.3566-24.odt day of so called meeting, he was hospitalized. However, the Collector has specifically observed that the notice of the meeting was served upon the petitioner. The evidence of service of notice was also placed before the Collector. 6.
