This petition is circulated for speaking to the minutes of order dated 21st July 2025. Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the date of the administrative order referred in the order is incorrectly typed as 16th August 2024 instead of 14th August 2024. They further point out that Writ Petition No. 10095 of 2024 is a stamp number which is reflected in the second paragraph of the administrative order. Learned counsel for the parties have also tendered case status to show that Writ Petition No.10095 of 2024 is stamp number.

Learned counsel for the parties further submit that Writ Petition (St) No. 10095 of 2024 is registered as Writ Petition No. 3570 of 2025. Hence the same would pertain to the assignment of odd years.

Hence, the order dated 21st July 2025 be corrected by replacing paragraph 2 of the order as under : "2. There is an administrative order dated 14th August 2024 directing that Writ Petition 2/ 3

(St) No. 10095 of 2024 be clubbed with Writ Petition No. 9791 of 2019 and Writ Petition No. 9792 of 2019 and the same be placed before the court taking up the civil writ petitions of odd years".
