The Petitions challenge mere auto-generated email sent by Micro, Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Nashik with the remark 'Case Decided and Closed'. The auto-generated email cannot constitute an order to be challenged under provisions of Article 227 of Constitution of India before the High Court. There is a possibility of the claim being rejected on account of noncompletion of certain formalities. The other possibility is that the claims have been rejected on merits. Petitions do not contain any averments about the efforts taken by the Petitioner/s for verifying the exact status of the claims. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Petitions. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner/s to file fresh Petitions upon procuring the exact orders from the Micro, Small Enterprises Facilitation Council.
If the claims are rejected on account of non-compliance, the Petitioner/s would be at liberty to comply with the objections. If on the other hand, the claims are rejected on merits, Petitioner/s would be at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in respect of the awards passed by the Micro, Small Enterprises Facilitation Council. With the above observations, the Petitions are disposed of.
