The Petitioner has sought a direction to Respondent No. 4Deputy Director of Education to decide the proposal sent by Respondent Nos. 5 and 6- Management to transfer the Petitioner from unaided post to aided post of Assistant Teacher at the Respondent No. 6- College. The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 states that they are supporting this prayer of the Petitioner.

In view of Government Circular issued on 29 April 2024 the decision will have to be taken by the State Government. 3.

The Education Officer to whom the proposal is submitted, will take necessary steps for forwarding the proposal to the State Husen 1

50 WP-3602-2024 .doc Government within a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the decision be taken by the State Government on its own merits, at the earliest preferably within a period of eight weeks, subject to other urgent public duties.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
