Today, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has tendered an affidavit duly sworn and verified, dated 15/04/2024, indicating that, if this Court comes to a conclusion that this Writ Petition is frivolous, vexatious and the allegation made against Respondent No.3 is false, the Petitioner is ready to face costs of

In view of the above, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 10/06/2024. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
