The petitioner is before this Court with a grievance that the validity certificate obtained by Respondent No.3 on 23.08.2015 is by playing fraud on the Scrutiny Committee and despite petitioner having filed complaint before the Scrutiny Committee on 31.07.2023 to that effect the same is kept undecided.

Since an innocuous prayer has been made for deciding the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 31.07.2023, we direct Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the said complaint filed by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from today, if not already taken.
