In view of the judgment of Division Bench of this Court in case of Jagdish Pitamber Pawar versus Pitamber Pundalik Pawar and ors. in Writ Petition No.36 of 2023 (Aurangabad Bench), learned counsel for petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition, with liberty to file appeal under Section 16 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. He submits that within four weeks from today, the appeal shall be filed and interim relief granted by this Court be continued for a period of six weeks from today.
