This petition is filed challenging order dated 13.11.2023 passed by respondent No. 3 and a direction to refer the objections raised by the petitioner to the competent authority in view of Section 35 and Section 44 of the Maharashtra Highways Act, 1955. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner has placed on record copy of LAR No. 74/2024, which is registered at the instance of respondent No. 3 thereby referring the dispute of the petitioner and others under Section 19C(4) to the District Court.

In this view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

Nothing, therefore, survives in the petition. Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
