One of the contentions urged by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that without deciding the objection raised to the provisional gradation list of the Senior Civil Judges, willingness has been called for from Judicial Officers for filling in 10% posts of District Judges by accelerated promotion.

Issue notice, returnable on 21st March 2024. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent no.3-State. Respondent nos.1 and 2 be served prior to the returnable date.
