Prima facie it appears that 2 members out of 15 members were removed. Their removal has not been stayed. 7 members of the committee have resigned. With the result, 9 members out of 15 members of the managing committee have ceased to exist. Despite this, respondent No.14 has allowed the appeal. 2.

Prima facie, this is the case of lack of quorum. Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) till 18 June 2024.
