Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that on 30th September 2025, this Court on her request passed an order adjourning the Petition to 19th November 2025, as a connected issue between the parties is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Thereafter, again when the matter was listed on 13th December 2024, the matter was adjourned to 10th January 2025, and the ad-interim relief came to be continued. Learned counsel for the Petitioner therefore submits that, since the matter is still pending before the R.V.Patil
2/2 25 WP.3712.2024.doc Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding the connected issue and the same is listed in the third week of July 2025, the present Petition be listed thereafter.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent disputes the position and submits that, in fact he has filed reply to the present Petition disputing the position. According to him, as per the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide Order dated 30th April 2025, he has already deposited amount of Rs.1 crore out of amount of Rs.2 crores as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Therefore since he has complied with the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the present matter can effectively be worked out.

Considering that this Court had already granted adjournment to the Petitioner vide Order dated 30th September 2024, since the matter is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this Court deem it appropriate to list the matter on 04th August, 2025. 5.
