1) In view of the statement made by learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.3, Mr.Godbole, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner submits that his client will file an application for renewal of consent to operate the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of the building constructed by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 2) In the event, the Petitioner files such an application, Respondent No.3 shall consider it as expeditiously as possible as per the provisions of law without raising frivolous technicalities in that behalf. 3) Stand over to 13th January 2025.
