Heard Mr. Bhavake, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Ms. Karanjkar, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2. 2.

Plaintiff being aggrieved by the order passed by the learned District Court dated 13.12.2023 before this Court in the present Writ Petition.

Mr. Bhavake, learned Advocate for Petitioner would submit that Exhibit "5" was rejected by the learned Trial Court against which the Plaintiff approached the District Court, but the District Court has passed an order of status quo.

At this stage, Ms. Karanjkar would submit that she has received instructions today morning itself to appear and she is yet to
