The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the authority under the Maintenance and Welfare and Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007 has not considered the grievance of the Petitioners and no order is passed of eviction of Respondent Nos.2 and 3. He has further grievance that even the Appellate Authority has not paid heed to the said grievance. 3.
