The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent nos. 3 and 4 submits that pursuant to the one time settlement proposal, steps have been taken to liquidate the accommodation. 2.
In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to apply in case such settlement does not take place. 3.
