As per order passed on 19th March 2024, in paragraph 3(c), this Court had directed Petitioner to file his return of income within two weeks from the date the order of Court was uploaded in response to the notice that Petitioner received under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Mr. Gupta states that Petitioner will be informed by an e-mail directly as well as through Petitioner's Advocate Mr. Dharan V. Gandhi to file physical return of income and at that time, Petitioner can file the same. Mr. Gupta states thereafter the law will take its own course as regards the procedure is concerned.
