This Writ Petition is filed by the wife for quashing and setting aside the order dated 31 January 2024 passed by the Family Court, Pune, thereby rejecting Exhibit - 21. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 28 March 2024. Apart from the Court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondent by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date.

Mr.Salunke appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Family Court proceedings has been filed by the Wife, he seeks stay to the further proceedings of the Family Court. 4.

Till the next date of hearing, the Family Court, Pune, should not proceed with Petition B-70 of 2022. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) 2/2
