1] The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would deposit the amount in terms of the order dated 06.10.2022 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Paranda within a period of 12 weeks from today before the Executing Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that it is responsibility of the respondent no.2 - Collector to disburse the amount and the petitioner has also requested the Collector to release the amount.

2] In view of the submissions made, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 08.05.2024. The learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.2 and 3.

3786.24WP 3] The arrest warrant issued by order dated 14th March, 2024 in Regular Darkhast No.1/2023 and the proceedings in Regular Darkhast No.1/2023 are stayed till the next date.

4] The learned AGP to take instructions in respect of disbursement of the amount.

5] Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.

6] The learned AGP to communicate this order to the concerned Police Station.
