The learned counsel for the contesting Respondents files affidavit, it is taken on record.

After hearing counsel for both sides it is revealed that, the proceedings before the District Superintendent of Land Record bearing No.18 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 10th January 2023. It seems that, the State in the proceedings bearing Revision Application No.3822/195/Pr.Kra 115 was taken up for passing interim relief on 3rd February 2023 and stay was granted to the order passed by District Superintendent of the N.S. 50-WP-3859-2024.doc Land Record though said entire proceeding was already disposed of. In view of these facts that the order impugned becomes redundant.

Without going into the merits of the case, the same is set aside.

The parties are at liberty to adopt appropriate remedies in respect of the order passed by the District Superintendent of the Land Record in proceeding No.18 of 2022. 5.

The Petition is disposed of in above terms.

All pending Civil and Interim Applications are disposed of.
