The learned counsel for the petitioner upon instruction makes a statement that out of the total balance of the Rs.41,15,191/- as of 31.01.2024, the petitioner is willing to TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO deposit an amount of Rs.20,000,00/- today itself and the TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Date: 2024.07.10 17:53:20 +0530 balance by 3 months from today.

That is the only plea raised. In case Rs.20,000,00/- is deposited today, issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 29th July 2024.

The learned APP waives notice for respondent nos. 1 and 4. The petitioner shall also file an undertaking to the effect that the balance of the aforesaid amount shall be deposited in this Court within 3 months from today. The Demand Draft of Rs.20,000,00/-, be deposited in the local branch of the respondent no. 2-Bank and receipt of the deposit shall be filed on record. Subject to the aforesaid, the execution of the Revenue Recovery Certificate against the petitioner shall stand stayed till 29th July, 2024.
