DATE: 26th APRIL, 2024 P.C.:- 1] Since the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has set aside the order dated 17/04/2023 transferring the Respondent No.3 from Solapur to Sangli and in the meanwhile the Petitioner pursuant to his transfer order dated 17/04/2023 had been relieved for joining the post on transfer, it would be necessary for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to issue a posting order to the Petitioner. The Petitioner has still not been given any such posting order. Hence, without prejudice to the grounds raised in the Petition, Respondent No.1 shall issue appropriate posting order to the Petitioner.
