In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks to quash and set aside the technical evaluation report/communication dated 15/2/2024 by which technical bid of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the technical bid submitted by it does not beat the eligibility criteria.

2/2 39 WP 3898-24.doc In the instant case, tender for supply of Manual Tipping Tricycle Rickshaw along with the containers at various locations in this State was issued.

The Work Order dated 26/2/2024 has been issued by respondent no.1 in favour of respondent no.2 and thereafter, a contract has been executed between respondents 1 and 2 on 15/3/2024.

Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case grievance of the petitioner still survives for consideration.
