1) Mr. Tapkir, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, after taking the instructions from Petitioner No. 1, who is personally present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file individual Complaints on behalf of Petitioners raising the grievance covered by the Complaint (ULP) No. 11 of 2021. He would further submit that the point raised in Complaint (ULP) No. 11 of 2021 filed by the Union be kept open for being agitated by the Petitioners.
