This writ petition is filed by the wife challenging an order dated 21 February 2024 and 17 February 2024. 2.

By an order dated 17 February 2024 the Family Court at Satara allowed the application Exhibit-278, which was filed by the wife, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/-. The matter was adjourned on 21 February 2024, to come up under the caption of compliance.

On 21 February 2024 learned advocate for the wife

applied for an adjournment. By that day the wife had not paid the amount of cost of Rs.2,000/-. The matter was adjourned to 27 February 2024.

On 27 February 2024 it can be seen from the Roznama that the advocate for the wife appeared in the first session however, in the second sessions though, the matter was called out repeatedly advocate chose not to appear in the matter. It appears that it was informed to the Family Court that the present writ petition is in the process to be filed in the High Court. The matter was adjourned 14 March 2024. The present writ petition is filed on 14 March 2024.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after four weeks.

Apart from Court notice, petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent by advocate's private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.

In the meantime, the petitioner/wife to deposit the cost of Rs.2,000/- imposed with the Family court at Satara by its order

dated 17 February 2024 within a period of two weeks from today, with prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. The Family Court at Satara should differ proceeding which are pending till the next date of the hearing.
