The learned counsel for the parties state that reports with respect to the fresh samples are still awaited. We have adjourned the matter on two to three occasions in the past only awaiting the report.

Therefore, a copy of this order may be forwarded to the agency which is required to submit the report with a request that the reports be expedited.

At the request of the learned counsel for the parties, we post this matter on 6 November 2025. However, if the reports are received earlier, we grant the parties liberty to apply.
