Despite our order of 24 September 2025, it is again reported that the department is waiting for the reports on the fresh samples sent to CRCL, New Delhi.

Mr. Mishra states that on the previous two occasions the samples were found to be defective. He states that, now proper fresh samples have been sent to the CRCL. He states that orders made by this Court from time to time stating that it is awaiting test result will also be forwarded to the CRCL immediately. He requests for last chance submitting that all
