Heard Mr. Sanghavi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Jadhav, learned counsel for the respondent.

Mr. Sanghavi very fairly states that the relief in terms of prayer clause 26 (a) (i) is worked out since the petitioner's goods have been released for home consumption just yesterday.

Insofar as the relief under prayer clause 26 (a) (ii) is concerned, Mr. Sangvi states that the petitioner represent to Respondent Nos. 3 and/or 4 for waiver of demurrage charges and all other charges and some directions may be issued to the said respondents to consider and dispose of the

Accordingly, we direct the Respondent Nos. 3 and/or 4 to dispose of petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible and in any event within three months from its receipt.
