Considering the likely impact of the decision on the subject matter, the Secretary, School Education and Sports Department, State of Maharashtra will ensure that necessary instructions are given to the Office of the Government Pleader within a period of three weeks from today so that reply can be filed before the next date. 3.

The learned Addl. GP states that copy of this order will be forwarded to the Secretary, School Education and Sports Department. 5.

It is stated that as the Head of the schools will retire on superannuation and it will create difficulties in the administration of the schools such as salary disbursement to the staff may not be disturbed, it is open to the Managements to apply to the concerned Education Officers to make appropriate interim arrangement only in respect of granting signing power for the purpose of disbursement of payment to the staff etc., till the petitions are taken up for further hearing.
