The Respondent No.2 is present in Court today. He submits that on 01/01/2024, a communication has been addressed to the Respondent No.1-Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies seeking permission to handover the records to the society itself. Mr. Wagh, on instructions, states that the Administrator i.e. Respondent No.2 has now handed over the necessary charge and documents to the Petitioner-society and therefore, accordingly this petition no longer survives. He submits that the Petition would accordingly dispose.

By accepting the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
