Having heard the Petitioner for some time, it would be necessary to hear the Respondents, none of whom is present today. The matter is stood over for final hearing on February 12, 2026. Advocates for the Petitioner shall serve a copy of this order on each of the Respondents, indicating that the matter would be taken up for final hearing on that date.

16-WP-3934-2024.doc Tribunal, while Respondent No.1 has contended in the pleadings that such hearing took place before all three members of the Tribunal and that the roznama indicating the same was even signed by the Petitioners themselves.

Respondent No.2 is directed to bring on record the roznama of the proceedings and also file an affidavit confirming the precise factual position in the conduct of proceedings in the Section 16 Application. Such reply shall be filed no later than February 6, 2026. 4.

Stand over to February 12, 2026. Ad-interim relief obtaining as of today shall continue until the next date. 5.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
