A strong objection is taken on the maintainability of this Petition and it is canvassed that the Petitioners will have to challenge the impugned mutation entry and filing a Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, would not be a remedy. 2.

Keeping open the aspect as regards the maintainability of this Petition, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 11.06.2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 10.
