As the reply affidavit on behalf of respondent no.3 was served on the advocate for the petitioner recently, time is sought to take instructions. Also Mr. Manoj Patil, learned counsel for respondent no.1 would place on record a short affidavit in regard to the receipt of the amounts qua the land in question from respondent no.3 as also a certificate of the Chartered Accountant as to what would be the quantum of the said amount, if interest at the Bank (SBI) rate is taken into consideration. 2.

At this stage, Ms. Kapre, learned AGP states that a short affidavit is intended to be filed on behalf of the State Government. Let the same be 13 January 2025
