Prima facie it appears that the order of appointment of Election Officer could not have been challenged under Section

154. Moreover once the election process is over, the order of appointment of the Election Officer could not have been set aside. 3.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) till 7 May 2024.
