Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, thus, seeks liberty to amend the petition and tenders draft amendment. 5.

The prayer of amendment is not opposed by the respondent nos.2 and 3.

Accordingly, prayer for amendment is allowed. Let necessary amendments in the memo of writ petition be incorporated during the courses of the day. Re-verification is dispensed with.

In the meantime, the respondents will file their affidavits-in-reply.
