RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith and taken for final hearing with consent of the parties.

In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner inter alia has challenged the validity of work order dated 29/2/2024 issued by respondent nos.2 and 3 in favour of respondent no.4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Respondent no.4 jointly submit that in pursuance of the work order dated 29/2/2024 the work allotted to respondent no.4. has been executed and therefore the issue with regard to validity of rejection of technical bid of the Petitioner has been rendered academic.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner however submits that the Petitioner rsk 1/2

24-WP-4014-24.doc be granted liberty to approach Civil Court seeking the relief of damages which the Petitioner may have sustained on account of wrongful action of the Respondent.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and in view of subsequent events which had transpired during the pendency of the Petition, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to take recourse to the remedy as is available to him in law with regard to his grievance with regard to damages , if any against the Respondents.

Petition is disposed of.
